  • When do I start paying my admin VA?

    You will start paying your Admin VA upon the start of their training.

  • What is the starting salary for a VA?

    The starting wage can vary depending on the level of experience, however the standard rate that we advise them is 25,000 PHP per month which is 12,500 PHP per 2 weeks.

  • How long is the training for my admin VA?

    Your new VA will take part in a 1 week intensive training covering over 12 hours and 70 videos of content as well as daily calls with my head admin VA.

  • Do these admin VA's have prior experience within the Amazon space?

    We look for only the best virtual assistants available. We make sure they have prior Amazon knowledge so that they already have a good understanding of what is required as an admin VA.

  • Where do we hire these admin VA's from?

    We hire these VAs through many online platforms, referrals and other networks

  • Can I ask for a replacement for free, if the Admin VA leaves?

    Yes, we offer an unlimited replacement for 3 months. The 3 months period will start from the date your VA started working with you. In the event that the worst is to happen and we need to replace your VA again, you will be given another 3 months to replace the new VA. If you availed of the Admin VA package before May 9, 2023 then in the advent that the worst was to happen and that your virtual assistant was to disappear or not up to the standard required, we offer the following replacement policy; Up to 2 weeks after leaving the academy, free rehire and retraining if the VA leaves Up to 4 weeks after leaving the academy, we offer a 75% discount on rehiring and retraining if your VA leaves. Up to 8 weeks after leaving the academy, we offer a 50% discount on rehiring and retraining if your VA leaves. Up to 12 weeks after leaving the academy, we offer a 25% discount on rehiring and retraining if your VA leaves.

  • How long do you support my new Admin VA?

    We support your VA’s 12 weeks from the start of the client handover. This is part of our academy's aftercare program.
